Flatbread rolls

Ingredienser

  1. Slice the leftover potatoes 

  2. Rinse the salad and grate the horseradish 

  3. Mix the grate the horseradish with creme fraiche, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt.  

  4. Taste and adjust the flavour. 

  5. Distribute and spread the horseradish cream on the flatbreads thinly on the entire bread 

  6. Spread out the sliced ​​potatoes but leave some space at the top to enable folding 

  7. Top with dill and chives (save some dill for garnish) 

  8. Distribute the salad on to of it all. 

  9. Roll up the flatbread towards the potato-free edge 

  10.  Lay the seam down and divide the roll into three 

  11.  Place the rolls on a plate/tray and garnish with dill and leftover lemon
