Jessie 50/50 meatballs

Ingredienser

  • 2.5 dl whipped cream 

  • 1.5 dl breadcrumbs 

  • 1.5 onion 

  • 650 g vegan minced meat - preferably locally grown 

  • 650 g mixed mince 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1 lemon peel - finely grated 

  • 2.5 – 5 tbsp parsley - finely chopped 

  • 2.5 tsp salt 

  • 2.5 krm freshly ground black pepper 


Gör så här:

  1. Finely chop the onion, fry until soft in butter and let cool

  2. Mix Swedish-grown veggie mince and mixed mince with salt and mix around

  3. Whisk the breadcrumbs into the cream in a bowl  

  4. Add eggs, lemon zest, parsley and freshly ground black pepper in to the crème 

  5. Do a roast test to adjust the seasoning if necessar 

  6. Fry in butter until the buns are cooked through

  7. Turn on the tomato sauce, let it simmer for a minute
