Ingredienser
500 grams of butter
250 g of sugar
100g dark syrup
20 g baking powder
375 g cinnamon flour, see how to do this below
500 g wheat flour
1 vanilla pod

The cinnamon flour first: slice the dry buns
Let them stand at room temperature for about 2 days
Then grate them into cinnamon flour in a food mixer
Store the cinnamon flour in the freezer until you need it, to prevent mold growth.
Set the oven to 175 degrees and melt the butter
Mix all the ingredients and roll them out on baking sheet paper in lengths
Sprinkle with granulated sugar and place in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Before the cakes have cooled completely, cut the lengths crosswise into sliced cookies
