Carrot energy bites

Ingredienser

  • 3dl grated carrots 

  • 5dl sunflower seeds, preferably roasted 

  • 30 dates, pitted 

  • 2 dl oatmeal 

  • 1.5 tsp cardamom, grounded 

  • 1.5 dash of salt 

  • 6 dl grated coconut  

Gör så här:

  1. Chop through the grated carrots  

  2. Chop the dates roughly 

  3. Blend all ingredients except the coconut  in a food processor 

  4. Shape the batter into round balls 

  5. Roll the balls in the grated coconut

  6. Store in the fridge or freezer if served later on
