Ingredienser
3dl grated carrots
5dl sunflower seeds, preferably roasted
30 dates, pitted
2 dl oatmeal
1.5 tsp cardamom, grounded
1.5 dash of salt
6 dl grated coconut
Gör så här:
Chop through the grated carrots
Chop the dates roughly
Blend all ingredients except the coconut in a food processor
Shape the batter into round balls
Roll the balls in the grated coconut
Store in the fridge or freezer if served later on
