20 flatbreads from Polarbread
300g creme fraiche al cream cheese
1 lemon, peel, and juice
Horseradish, grated or whole
2 heads of lettuce
2kg boiled new potatoes
3 bunches of chives
100g dill

Slice the potatoes
Rinse the salad
Mix creme fraiche, horseradish, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt. Taste!
Distribute and spread the horseradish cream on the flatbreads thinly with the entire bread
Spread out the sliced potatoes but leave one edge to facilitate folding
Top with dill and chives (save some dill for garnish)
Distribute the salad
Roll up the flatbread towards the potato-free edge
Lay the seam down and divide the roll into three
Place the rolls on a plate/tray and garnish with dill and leftover lemon
