Feta cheese dressing

Ingredienser

  • 1-liter sour cream/creme fraiche

  • 1.5 liters of Turkish yogurt

  • 400g feta cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • Parsley and mint

  • Salt and pepper

Gör så här:

  1. Crumble the feta cheese

  2. Chop the herbs

  3. Mix the sour cream and yogurt with the feta cheese and the other ingredients

  4. Season with salt and pepper
