Christmas leftover recipes!

1. Pancake on rice porridge



Ingredients


  • 2 dl rice porridge

  • 1 dl flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 dl of milk

  • Cinnamon and Cardamom


Instructions:


1. Whisk together all the ingredients and fry on medium heat.


2. Gingerbread with cheese filling




Ingredients:


  • Gingerbread dough

  • Cheese from the cheese tray: Edel, Brie or Chevré


Instructions:


1. Press out a piece of dough in your hand.


2. Put a piece of cheese on the dough


3. Tie the dough together and roll it into a ball


4. Bake at 175°C for 8-10 min


3. "Smashed & crispy" Brussels sprouts



Ingredients:


  • Boiled Brussels sprouts

  • Rapeseed oil

  • Salt

Instructions:


1. Safe to the brussels sprouts by hand


2. put them on a plate


3. Drizzle a little oil over them and salt


4. Bake in the oven at 200°C for approx. 8-10 min


4. Long-baked cabbage log






Ingredients:


  • The stock from white, red, or cauliflower

  • Rapeseed oil

  • Salt


Instructions:


1. Set the oven to 150-170°C


2. Cut out the stem of the cabbage


3. Drizzle oil over the logs and lightly salt


4. Bake the logs for 40-60 min, depending on size.


5. They should be golden brown and crispy on the outside, soft and flaky on the inside


5. Italian potato and ham



Ingredients

  • Boiled potato

  • Shredded Christmas ham

  • ¾ Tomato sauce

  • ¼ Cream

  • Riven ost

  • Black pepper

  • Leftover herbs


Instructions:


1. Split or slice the boiled potatoes


2. Mix potatoes, shredded Christmas ham, tomato sauce, and cream


3. Put everything in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle grated cheese over the gratin


4. bake at 175°C until golden
