It's melon season and time to minimize our melon waste.
Why not try pickling white watermelon for a midsummer? Refreshing and tart with a sweet and cold slice of melon. A super tasty side dish in a watermelon salad and can also be used in salads and with fish.

Steps:
Peel the melon with a sharp knife or a potato peeler
Split the melon and cut away the white flesh
Shred or dice the melon flesh finely and put it in a 1-2-3 layer for at least 30 minutes
What is the white watermelon? The pulp between the red pulp and the green skin!
