Ingredients
800g chickpeas or white beans
2 large cloves of garlic
1st chili, Spanish
1 dl olive oil
1 lemon, juice, and zest
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt
Paprika powder and olive oil for garnish
Steps:
Coarsely chop garlic and chili.
Place garlic, chili, chickpeas/beans, spices, lemon zest, and oil in a bowl.
Mix the hummus with a stick blender.
Season to taste with lemon juice and salt.
