Carrot balls

Ingredients

  • 3 dl carrots

  • 5dl sunflower seeds, preferably roasted

  • 30 dates, pitted

  • 2 dl oatmeal

  • 1.5 tsp cardamom, ground

  • 1.5 krm salt

  • 6 dl coconut flakes

Steps:

  1. Finely grate the carrots

  2. Chop the dates

  3. Mix all ingredients except the coconut in a food processor

  4. Shape the dough into round balls

  5. Roll the balls in the coconut.

  6. Store them in the fridge
