BriQ Hotel collaborates with Generation Waste to reduce its food waste and work in a more climate-smart and sustainable way with its ingredients, from farm to table.
Food waste has a major impact on the climate and at the same time means unnecessary expenses. Fully edible food ends up in the bin, something we definitely want to avoid. The collaboration with Generation Waste has meant for BriQ Hotel that they can now take control of food waste while saving money.
Through the collaboration with Generation Waste, Briq Hotel hopes to get a better overview of how much food is actually thrown away in their restaurants. They hope, with the help of the statistics generated by Generation Waste, to be able to reduce food waste and increase awareness among their employees.
